In accordance with Central Bank of the Philipines (BSP) Regulations, Megapay will release new policies for 2020. Effectivity date of the said policies will be on February 1, 2020.
Sa pagsunod sa mga regulasyon ng Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), ang Megapay ay maglalabas ng mga bagong polisiya para sa taong 2020. Ang mga polisyang ito ay magsisimula sa Pebrero 1, 2020.
CASH-IN
Cash-in via Debit/Credit Card and Over-the-Counter will have a 2% Service Fee per transaction.
For example, you will cash-in 1000php using your Debit Card. You will have an additional 20php service fee on top of your cash-in. The total cash-in that will be debited on your account is 1020php.
Ang pag cash-in gamit ang iyong Debit/Credit Card ay magkakaroon ng 2% Service Fee kada transaction.
Halimbawa, ikaw ay mag-cash in ng 1000php gamit ang iyong Debit Card. Magkakaroon ka ng dagdag na 20php service fee. Total na 1020php ang mababawas sa iyong account.
BUY LOAD
The maximum Buy Load limit for one (1) recipient will be 1000php per day. After you reached the 1000php daily limit, all the buy load transactions for the specific recipient will not be successful and the credits will be reversed on your account.
Note: There's no limit if you buy load different recipient.
For example, you buy load with total of 1000php for the number 0945xxxx. You have to wait for the next day to buy load again for the number 0945xxx.
Ang maximum Buy Load limit para sa isang mobile number ay 1000php per day. Hindi magiging successful ang iyong buyload pag sumobra ka na sa 1000php limit per day. At ma-reverse ang credit sa iyong Megapay account
Note: Walang limit para sa iba't ibang mobile numbers
Halimbawa, ikaw ay nagbuyload ng total 1000php para sa number na 0945xxxx. Kailangan mo maghintay sa susunod na araw para magrefresh ang iyong daily limit.
Halimbawa, ikaw ay nagbayad ng 5000php para sa iyong PLDT plan. Makakatanggap ka ng total ng 25 MegaRewards points para dito.
Bagong point system para Pay Bills Transactions ay in-implement noong January 4, 2020. Makakatanggap ka ng one (1) point sa kada 200php ng iyong Pay Bills.
For example, you pay your PLDT amounting 5000php. The total MegaRewards points you are going to receive is 25 points.
New point system for Pay Bills transaction was implemented January 4, 2020. 200 php of PayBills is equivalent to 1 MegaRewards point.
PAY BILLS

Upgrade your account to unlock all the features of Megapay. Megapay is going to set different tiers for user depending on the documents they provided. Monthly wallet size of the user depends on the their set tiers.
Default : 10,000php monthly limit
Basic : 50,000php monthly limit
Semi : 50,000php monthly limit
Full : 100,000php monthly limit
Note: Monthly limit will be refreshed every 1st day of the month.
For example, your account belong to Full Tier. You have 100,000 monthly limit and you cash-in 40,000 on February 2. Your remaining cash-in allocation is 60,000.
Then, you cash-in 60,000 on February 15. You don't have any remaining cash-in allocation for the month of February. You have to wait for the following month to cash-in again.
I-upgrade and iyong Megapay Account para ma-unlock ang lahat ng Features ng Megapay. Magkakaroon ng iba't ibang tiers ang Megapay depende sa mga documents na iyong Binigay. Sa tiers din ide-depende ang iyong Monthly wallet size.

Tapos, nag-cash in ka uli ng 60,000 para sa February 15. Dahil na-reach mo na ang iyong monthly cash-in, wala ka ng remaining allocation para February. Kailangan mo uling maghintay para sa susunod na buwan.
